Spurs Quiz v South East Thames Spurs - 3 August 2025

On Saturday 3rd August, a team of 12 East Kent Spurs members made the trip to Dartford to take on our friends at South East Thames Spurs in what was billed as the ultimate Battle of the Brains.

The evening was about more than just the quiz – it was a great opportunity for two Spurs Supporters Clubs to come together, share stories, enjoy some friendly rivalry, and raise money for good causes.

The atmosphere was relaxed and full of laughs, with plenty of Spurs chat between questions.

When it came to the quiz itself… let’s just say the home advantage played its part! South East Thames proved too strong on the night and secured a comfortable victory.

While our team may not have lifted the trophy this time, we were more than happy to celebrate the fantastic outcome for charity – with South East Thames Spurs raising an incredible £450 for their chosen local causes.

The good news? This was only the away leg. Plans are already in motion for the return fixture here in East Kent, where we’ll be aiming to even the score!
