East Kent Spurs - 5-a-Side Tournament at the Tottenham Training Ground

East Kent Spurs proudly took a team of seven to compete in a special Spurs 5-a-side tournament at the club’s training ground against other supporters clubs.

The tournament kicked off with a group stage, where we faced some tough opposition:

Lost to Spurs Italia 3-1 – A tough opening match against a strong side.

Beat Brockham 2-1 – A great response from the team, securing our first win.

Beat Warwickshire Spurs 4-0 – A dominant performance to close out the group stage as group winners.

Momentum was on our side as we entered the quarter-finals, where we put in a solid display:

Quarter-finals: A 2-0 – A well-earned victory against Worcestershire Spurs to take us into the final four

The semi-final was a closely fought contest:

A narrow 1-0 loss in the last minute against our nemesis Spurs Italia – a sad way to go out, but we left everything on the pitch.

Every player gave their all, playing in every game. The tournament was also hosted by the Ossie Ardiles
